3. Membership and Points System

  • Membership Tiers: NUTRA Bite Membership is available in four tiers: Elite, Thrive, Prime, and Peak.

  • Points System: Points can be earned through purchases and memberships and can be used to buy meals. Bulk point purchases offer additional rewards.

4. Orders and Delivery

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed up to 180 days in advance.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled up to 6 days before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made every Monday. The cutoff for Friday meal delivery is Monday at 3 PM.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via RFID cards, NFC systems, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the Company's discretion and can be requested through customer support.

6. Restrictions and Access

  • Restricted Access: Some machines are in restricted areas that require membership (e.g., gyms). Ensure you have access to your chosen pickup location.

  • Usage Restrictions: The machines are for meal purchases only. Misuse of the machines can result in termination of membership.
